Client Success

From uncovering creative solutions to one-on-one support, I use technology to help people enhance their everyday lives. Here are a few brief stories of past clients successes.

Business Franchise

Video Surveillance

A small business franchise wanted extra security and remote monitoring capabilities from across multiple office locations.

My Solution

I setup security ip cameras and a system that displays live views of the shops from the owner’s Mac computers, iPhones and iPads. Additionally, all data from the cameras is recorded and sent via email alerts. A backup system was also set up for all their computers in the local network.

Family Clientele

Music Lovers

A music-minded family wanted the ability to wirelessly play music though each room of their house via a central system that could play from their various sources and streaming services.

My Solution

I set-up a home audio system, controlled from the family’s Macs, iPhones and iPads. Each family member could have different music playing from each of their rooms, or centralized throughout the entire house. iTunes, Pandora, XM/Sirius, Spotify, or radio stations from around the world could all be streamed through the system. Finally, I setup a system to incorporate all of the family’s entire iTunes music into one central music location.

Large Home

Universal Wireless

A client wanted universal wireless throughout their quite sizable home, without connectivity problems or any other frustration issues.

My Solution

I setup wireless access points throughout the house that enabled the client freely move about and never loose wireless internet connectivity. The wireless access points automatically gave the best wireless experience and has the capability to change settings automatically, depending on where the client is located in the house.

Small Business

Server

The client did not have a backup solution in place and wanted their existing email migrated over to another service provider.

My Solution

I migrated all users in the company to a new provider and then implemented a way for their employees to share their company calendar, address book, and file server. With the integration with their existing iPhones and iPad’s, the Apple Server I suggested was the best solution.
